2019 Reflection by Satosan Metals - Proof 1 oz .999 Silver Round

In 2019 SatosanMetals continues a line of minted 1oz. silver products with the first issue of this proof struck 2019 obverse  called “Reflection”. 100 pieces of this 2019 obverse/2019 reverse will be minted this year. Each round is edged numbered and will be accompanied by a numbered COA.

Reflection is the essence of the obverse of this piece sculpted by Sandra Deiana. In Japan there is a coming of age day that is celebrated for young men and women who reached the age of adulthood at 20 years old. This day is in early January and you will see young men in suits and young woman in kimono about the city. The obverse of this piece is a depiction of my daughter posing for her picture that day. The mirrored image represents the moment captured of what was, what is, and what will be, as she moves into adulthood.  

The 2019 reverse is also sculpted by Sandra Deiana it is inspired by the colors, designs, and silk needle work you would see on a Japanese kimono.
