Collaboration project with Pheli Mint & The Silverbug Community. These rounds are a recreation of the original Silverbug Community rounds struck previously. They bear a unique Pheli Mint obverse design, and limited to a mintage of 500 rounds.
The following text helps explain the design and original release of the round, it does not apply to the limited Pheli Mint collaborative re-release rounds that you are purchasing.
Commemorative coins have become must-have precious metal products over the course of the past 30 years. As coin design improved in the 20th century, investors and collectors saw the value in snatching up brilliantly designed pieces. Silver rounds feature brilliant designs, with more affordable prices for investors and collectors alike. Right now, the new 1 oz Proof Silverbug Silver Round is available from JM Bullion.
Among the sources of inspiration for coins and rounds around the globe, this silver round is perhaps one of the most unique. The Silverbug online community on Reddit.com served as the inspiration behind the designs featured on this coin. The Proof Silverbug Silver Rounds have been struck in two versions prior to this one, featuring the so-called Ariana design.
This particular silver round features the third iteration of the angelic Ariana design. On the reverse side is the image of Ariana, with a bow in her left hand and her right hand drawing an arrow from the quiver on her back. Below her is the image of a sphere. The lone engraving on this side reads In Silver We Trust.
