2020 Ojiya-city (First Strike) by Satosan Metals - 2 oz .999 Silver Round

Satosan Metals

First Strikes are the first 50 pieces that are minted using the theme die. They are edge marked with a number 1 through 50 with matching COA.

This piece is inspired by the manhole covers you’ll spot in Ojiya-city Japan. Each municipality takes pride in its manhole cover design. They may display anything from municipal symbols, local landscapes, abstract patterns, or local legends. There are literally 1000’s of these unique manhole covers throughout Japan and I hope to bring some of the nicer ones to life in silver.
